The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to section 4, paragraph 4. 2 and § 33 para.

1 of law No 13/1954 Coll., on national committees:



§ 1



The territory of the municipalities of Poruba Pustkovec, Svinov and Ostrava-Třebovice is excreted from the district

Ostrava and connects to the territory of the city of Ostrava.



§ 2



Repeals the provisions of § 3 para. 1 the last sentence of Legislative Decree No.

16/1954 Coll., on changes in the territorial districts of some national committees.



§ 3



The settlement Stražiště is excreted from the village in the District of Písek (Myslín region

South Bohemia) and connects to the village in the District of Příbram (Počaply region

The Czech Republic).



In the Central Bohemian region (Středočeský) are combined, the village Bor,

Martinice and Počaply in the municipality for which is determined by the name of Březnice. The municipality

Březnice is the following parts: 1., 2., 3., 4 good water.

Martinice, 5. Počaply, 6. Front Poříčí, 7. Stražiště, 8. Rear Poříčí;



§ 4



This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 March 2004. May 1957; does the Minister

the Interior, in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
