Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



PART THE FIRST



Amendment of the Act on integrated prevention



Article. (I)



Act No. 76/2002 Coll. on integrated prevention and pollution control,

on the integrated pollution registry and amending some laws (law

on integrated prevention), is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 45, the following sentence "operator who submitted the application for

a building permit until the date of entry into force of this Act and if the
