about granting amnesty in cases of infractions, which belongs to the

scope of bodies of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic



The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic

committed to this Act:



§ 1



(1) the Amnesty in cases of infractions, which belongs to the

scope of bodies of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, grants

the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic.



(2) an amnesty granted Government Czech and Slovak Federal Republic

the resolution, which declares in the statute book.



§ 2



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
