Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 237/1995 Coll., on salary and other terms associated with the

the performance of the functions of the representatives of State power and some State authorities and

judges, as amended by Act No. 138/1996 Coll. is supplemented as follows:



In paragraph 4, the following paragraph 4a is inserted:



"§ 4a



Officials and judges for more pay for the second half of 1997

does not belong. ".



Article II



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
