the Ministry of Justice

about the provisions and the appointment of support staff for the highest court in Prague.



To the implementation of the law of 2 August 2002. November 1918, Coll. and n No. 5, which

establishes a Supreme Court, is hereby established as follows:



§ 1.



In addition to the personnel of the judicial, which is zříditi according to § 2 of that

law in the highest court in Prague, establishes the judging still

the following staff:



A. for the performance of common konceptních and notebook when

trials and discussions with regard to assistance in dealing with

a matter of presidiálních, hereby established ten Secretaries, two of which with

the name of the top Secretaries are in VI. value. CL, four named

Secretaries in VII. value. CL. and four named místotajemníků in VIII.

value. class.



All Secretaries of State judges at nationals.



If needed, you may be assigned to the required number of

judicial officials.



B. For work accounting and management of the Office of the economic one is hereby established

accounting clerk, who is for the time being in the IX. value. CL. with the possibility of

that boundary up to the VII. value. class.
