According to the resolution of the National Assembly, decrees:



§ 1.



Jednokorunové and dvoukorunové banknotes Austria-Hungarian Bank, working capital

in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic, be taken out of circulation in Exchange for other

legal tender within the time limit, which will be established by regulation. Banknotes,

that will not be submitted within that period to Exchange, will cease to be legal

tender.



§ 2.



For the exchange of vybéře the administrative fee of 10% of the nominal value of these

banknotes, so that reduces the value of the banknote payment jednokorunové on

90 h and dvoukorunové to 1 to 80 h.



§ 3.



The implementation of this is to the Minister of finance.



§ 4.



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
