GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 24 July 2003. August 2005



on the adjustment of compensation for loss of earnings after the incapacity

or disability arising from the staff regulations of the accident or occupational disease

soldiers in the performance of military or alternative service and performance

military exercises and on the adjustment of compensation for loss of salary after the end of

the inability of the performance of the services or in respect of invalidity resulting from the staff to the accident

or occupational diseases occupational troops (adjustment of compensation for loss

earnings for soldiers)



The Government directs pursuant to § 71 para. 3 of the Act No. 220/1999 Coll., on the progress of

the base or a replacement service and military exercises and on certain

the legal situation of soldiers in reserve, pursuant to § 127 paragraph. 3 of Act No.

221/1999 Coll., on the soldiers of the occupation:



§ 1



Compensation for loss of earnings after the incapacity or

recognition of the full invalidity and partial invalidity resulting from the staff

accident or occupational disease and compensation for loss of salary after the end of

the inability of the performance of the service or in recognition of the permanent disability or

partial disability resulting from the staff to the accident or occupational disease

(hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss of earnings"), belonging to the Scout by

special legal regulation ^ 1) is adjusted so that the average

decisive for the calculation of earnings compensation for loss of earnings increases



the 25.4%), where a claim for compensation for loss of earnings in the period

from the 1. December 1999 to 31. December 1999,



(b)) of 19.4%, where a claim for compensation for loss of earnings in the period

from the 1. January 2000 to 31 December 2006. December 2000,



(c)) of 14.9%, where a claim for compensation for loss of earnings in the period

from the 1. January 2001 to 31 December 2002. December 2001,



(d)) of 7.9%, where a claim for compensation for loss of earnings in the period from

1 January 2002 to 31. December 2003,



e) of 5.4%, where a claim for compensation for loss of earnings in the period from

1. from 1 January 2004 until 31 December 2006. December, 2004.



§ 2



The adjustment referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made without the application of a soldier; at the request of a soldier,

be carried out in cases where the compensation for the loss of earnings nepříslušela

only due to the increase of the invalidity or partial invalidity

pension under the regulations on social security, or raising the full

the invalidity or partial invalidity pension under the provisions of

pension insurance.



§ 3



Compensation for loss of earnings under this regulation from 1. September

2005.



§ 4



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. September, 2005.
