Dated 7 November 2014

Declaring National Nature Reserve Libický luh and establishing its nearer protective conditions


Ministry of the Environment, pursuant to § 79 par. 4 point. h)
Act no. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act no. 349/2009 Coll .:


§ 1

Defining national nature reserve

(1) declares a National Nature Reserve Libický luh (hereinafter
"National Nature Reserve").

(2) National Nature Reserve is situated in Central Bohemia
in the cadastral Libice Cidlinou, Oseček and Big Osek.
Boundaries of national nature reserve down
closed geometric shapes with straight sides, whose vertices are the coordinates
unified cadastral trigonometric network ^ 1). Lists vertex coordinates
geometric paintings as they go behind the patterns are listed in Annex
no. 1 hereto.

(3) protective zone of the national nature reserve covers a territory
Central Bohemia region in the cadastral Libice Cidlinou,
Oseček, Kanín and Big Osek. The boundaries of the protection zone national nature reserve
down closed geometrical figure with straight sides
whose vertices are the coordinates of a single cadastral trigonometric network
^ 1). Lists vertex coordinates
geometric shapes as they go behind the patterns are listed in Annex
no. 2 hereto.

(4) The approximate graphical representation of the National Nature Reserve and its buffer zone
specified in Annex no. 3 hereto.

§ 2


Subject Protection
The protection of national nature reserves are

A) natural forests communities consisting of hard and soft meadows
lowland rivers, hornbeam and alder wetland,

B) Permanent grassland communities made up of alluvial psárkových
bow and Continental flooded meadows,

C) wetlands formed communities of macrophytic vegetation naturally
eutrophic and mesotrophic stagnant water

D) population of rare and endangered species of plants Polabské
helleborine (Epipactis albensis), including its habitat, and

E) populations of rare and endangered species of fire-bellied (Bombina bombina
), hermit brown (Osmoderma eremita) and general
stag beetle (Lucanus cervus), including their habitats.

§ 3

Further protective conditions

Just consent of the nature protection body may be in the national nature reserve


A) authorize or make changes in land use and methods of their use
^ 2)

B) authorize or carry out geological work connected with interference in
land or

C) modify the surface of roads using other than local
natural materials of the same geological origin.

§ 4
Efficiency


This Decree shall enter into force on 1 December 2014.
