According to § 1 of the law of 4 March. in July 1923, no. 158/1923 Coll. and n.,
the interim force, with effect from 11. October 1933 attached the agreement on
adjustments of trade relations between the Republic of the Czechoslovak Republic and
Polish, agreed in Prague on 6. October 1933.

Sir,
manifested the wish to remain alive-from 11. October 1933 until putting in
the validity of the trade agreement, which is between the delegates of our
both countries-mutual good business relations, I have the honour to clarify Your
Excellenci, that the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic is compliance with the Government
the Republic of Poland to the crops and products originating in and coming
from the customs territory of one party, enjoy each other in the customs territory of the other,
in the field of customs, under the principle of MFN treatment.
As regards transit in both direction, means that they will pay through
the provisions of the railway agreement of 23 July. April 1925.
The provisions of the Convention and final Protocol of 23 July.
April 1925, as well as the additional protocol to this Convention from 21. April
in 1926, will be maintained as in the mutual relations, as well as in průvoze.
This agreement shall enter into force on the provisorní 11. October 1933 and remains
so long in the efficiency of its provisions will be replaced with the top
the said business contract, but not later than 30 June 2005. November 1933.
