about reproducing and propagating and planting material of the hops, vines,
of fruit genera and species and ornamental species and its putting into circulation
The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 3 (2). 8, § 4, paragraph 4. 7, § 5
paragraph. 9, § 7 (2). 6 (a). a) to (j)), n), p), r), s) and u), section 10 (1).
11, § 14 para. 6, § 16 para. 11, § 17 para. 13 (a). (d)), § 18 para. 12,
§ 19 para. 15 (b). a), b), c), (f)), and (h)), § 23 para. 8, § 24 para. 8, §
paragraph 24A. 7 and § 25 para. 8 of Act No. 218/2003 Coll., on the placing on the market
seeds and plants of cultivated plants and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on
circulation of seeds and plants), as amended by Act No 444/2005 Coll. and Act No.
178/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
§ 1
This Decree ^ 1) incorporates the relevant provisions of the European
Community ^ 2) and regulates the recognition of scientific details
and planting material of hops and fruit genera and species, and its
putting into circulation.
§ 2
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the
and propagation of the hop planting trees) of the same planting
the material of the same variety, where applicable, the clone, the category, generation, health
class and age,

the production of seedlings, whether intended to form the underground part,
I) graft of vine cuttings or section letorostu, which is designed to create
the above-ground parts of plants, whether in the production of young plants or grafting on
post,
j) disease of the vine part of cuttings or rooted cuttings intended for the production of letorostu
seedlings,
the vine 68) vineyard vines intended for the production of approved
cuttings or cuttings,
l) phenotypic vine vines vineyard intended for graft nurseries or
cuttings,
m) for kindergarten vines intended for the production of rooted cuttings of vines or
whether seedlings,
n) propagating material of fruit genera and species, seeds, rootstocks,

another part of the plants intended for the propagation and production of fruit plants,

reproduction or to the cultivation of ornamental plants. In the case of the cultivation of
finished plants this definition applies only if the resulting ornamental

§ 3
The recognition of, and scientific or propagating material of vine of hops,
and fruit genera and species, and the circulation of

(1) the requirements for the properties of the crop species and planting
the material of the hops used in circulation are listed in annex 1.
(2) the requirements for the properties of the crop species and planting

§ 4
The categories and numbers of generations of propagating material of the hops and their
labelling, conditions on the properties of the land, the soil or substrate
[To section 3 paragraph 8, section 7 (6) (a). p) and with) law]
(1) the categories of propagating material of the hops is:

generation of basic propagating material.
(2) in the substrate on which it is propagating material of a pressurized prestage
grown, may not be present for the parasitic nematode Xiphinema genera and
Longidorus. If this condition is met, it is possible that a preliminary

§ 5
The categories and numbers of generations of vine propagating material and their
labelling, conditions on the properties of the land, the soil or substrate

5. is being tested internationally recognised diagnostic method every five
years on the harmful organisms referred to in annex 8, point 2 and is a plain

(b)) basic propagating material, which is called E, and that
1. is reproduced by vegetative propagation directly from propagating material

2. at least once every 6 years starting from the third year after planting tested

(2) in the substrate or in the soil in which it is propagating tested

§ 6
The categories and numbers of generations of propagating material of fruit genera and
species and their labelling, conditions on the properties of the land, the soil, the

reduce the quality of the propagating material,
4. is considered preliminary, is reproduced under the same conditions,
(b)) the basic propagating material, which
1. first generation subsidiary plant is referred to an I and is rozmnožena

(3) in the substrate on which it is grown propagating material of a pressurized prestage
the strawberry, almonds, apricots, cherries, sour cherries, Prunus, peach,
currants, gooseberries, Red Raspberry or raspberry, must not be present
parasitic nematode Xiphinema and Longidorus genus. If this condition is

§ 7
The deadlines for the submission of the application, a model application for crop certification
and planting material of the hops, vines, fruit genera and species, the pattern

grown in the laboratory or in greenhouse conditions is served
no later than 20 days before placing into circulation of propagating material.
(4) to verify the origin of certified propagating material is used, in particular,
invoices, delivery notes, international certificates and certificates issued by the
the competent authority responsible for certification or checking in the
the State, include the information referred to in section 3, paragraph 3. 7 of the Act.
(5) a document issued by the supplier in accordance with paragraph 4 may be replaced
by a plant passport in accordance with special legislation ^ 4),

§ 8
Procedures for the evaluation of scientific

(1) shall be assessed by the scientific

stands.
§ 9
The method of labelling and health properties of classes of propagating
recognition of scientific material and propagating material
[To section 3, para. 8, § 7 para. 6 (b), (d)), and (g)), § 24 para. 8 the law]
(1) Viruprostý the propagating material is referred to by the abbreviation VF.
(2) Tested the propagating material is referred to by the abbreviation VT.

properties:

(b)) has been stored under conditions ensuring the absence of any
infection,
(c)) comes straight in a vegetative way set number of generations of

(d)) has been produced and maintained under conditions ensuring freedom from
any infection.
(5) the list of viruses and virus-like organisms harmful to

in annex 10, paragraph 1 and for a list of specific harmful organisms

§ 10
The method of record keeping in the production of propagating material,
[To section 7 para. 6 (a) (j)), § 14 para. 6 of the Act]
(1) Evidence in the production of propagating material of vine of hops, and
of fruit genera and species is leading in nursery books.
(2) the seed planted, rootstock and selektované vineyards, mother

§ 11

class.
(6) Conformal propagating material in the cultivation and marketing

§ 12

§ 14
Labelling and packaging of propagating material of the hops

(1) the propagating material of hops when putting into circulation be packaged and marked

§ 15
Labelling and packaging of propagating material of vine
[To section 14 (6) of the Act and section 19 para. 15 (b)), b), c), (f)), and (h))

the volumes or in containers that are sealed so that they cannot be opened
without damaging the seal.

on volumes marked at least one duly completed the official label.
(6) the putting into circulation of nursery crops after the individual pieces
with each piece of the duly filled-in marks the official label, with the exception of
the strawberry, Red Raspberry and Raspberry.

§ 17
