DECREE
Minister of foreign trade
of 21 June 1999. December 1967
on the determination of Chemapolu, joint-stock company for foreign trade, to
the implementation of some foreign shops
Minister of foreign trade shall determine in agreement with the Minister of finance pursuant to
§ 2 (2). 1, 2 and 3 and section 20 of Act No. 119/1948 Coll., on State Organisation
foreign trade and international forwarding:
§ 1
Chemapol, joint-stock company for foreign trade, based in Prague
(hereinafter referred to as the "company"), for which the creation of the State was granted the authorisation
along with statutes approved by the Ministry of foreign
trade of 20 December. in December 1967, issued in agreement with the Ministry of
the chemical industry, the Ministry of health, Ministry of
Agriculture and food and the Ministry of industry, is determined to
the implementation of foreign trade in goods referred to in paragraph 2.
§ 2
(1) the company is reserved for exports and imports of chemicals, raw materials,
preparations and auxiliary substances needed for chemical production,
mineral and lubricating oils, their semi-finished products and by-products,
fuel, rubber and auxiliary products for the rubber industry,
paints and varnishes, and raw materials for their production, coal tar dyes and auxiliary
products for textile and leather industry and raw materials for their manufacture,
pharmaceutical raw materials and specialities, as well as auxiliary substances for
ceramic and glass industry.
(2) articles, whose exports and imports is a company
reserved, lays down in more detail as needed, Minister of foreign trade
Special measures.
(3) the company is entitled to carry out all activities relating to the
the subject of his business.
§ 3
The activity of the company under this Ordinance shall be subject to the rules applicable
for the conduct of foreign trade.
§ 4
Chemapol, undertaking foreign trade, "^ 1") on 1 January 2002. January 1968
merges with a company with its consent. Its assets and liabilities
the company, which thus becomes his successor.
§ 5
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1968.
