Law of 13 December 2008 on the transition Trauma Hospital in Brno and amending Act No. 290/2002 Coll., On the transfer of certain other assets, rights and obligations of the Czech Republic's regions and municipalities, civic associations involved in physical education and sport and related Changes and amendments to Act No. 155/2000 Coll., on the transfer of certain assets , rights and liabilities from the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 10/2001 Coll., and Act No. 20/1966 Coll., on health care People, as amended, as amended Parliament has passed this Act of the Czech Republic: § 1 The State-funded organization Accident Hospital in Brno-based Ponávka 6, Brno 662 50, identification number 00209813, and contributory organization becomes of Brno. section 2 of The Act No. 290/2002 Coll., On the transfer of certain other assets, rights and obligations of the Czech Republic's regions and municipalities, civic associations involved in physical education and sport and the related changes and amendments to Act No. 155/2000 Coll. and the transfer of certain assets, rights and liabilities from the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 10/2001 Coll. , and Act No. 20/1966 Coll., on Public Health Care, as amended, as amended by Act no 150/2003 Coll., the Constitutional Court judgment published under no. 211/2003 Coll., Act No. 485/2004 Coll., Act No. 1/2005 Coll. and Act no 317/2006 Coll., under section 3, the new section 3a, which including footnote No. 7 reads: "section 3a (1) The effective date of special legislation 7a) becomes Accident Hospital in Brno, Resident Ponávka 6 662 50, Brno, identification number 00209813 (hereinafter referred to it as "Accident Hospital"), which was the day before the effectiveness of special legislation 7a), and state-funded organization allowance organization of Brno. (2) Accident Hospital remains the bearer obligations, including rights and obligations of labor relations. Within 4 months from the date when it becomes Accident Hospital's subsidized organization, the city of Brno is obliged it to adapt its existing foundation deed formalities founding charter issued by a special legal regulation 6) and an application for registration in the commercial register. (3) The effective date of special legislation 7a) transferred from state ownership to the ownership of the City of Brno, things which on the day "preceding the effectiveness of special legislation 7a) was authorized to manage Accident Hospital. (4) The city of Brno, effective the date of the special legislation 7a) while all rights and other assets of the state with which it was on the day "preceding the effectiveness of special legislation 7a) competent to manage Accident Hospital. (5) The handover and takeover "of state assets writes Accident Hospital is the city of Brno within 3 months from the date when the Accident Hospital becomes a contributory organization of the City of Brno, the protocol on handover and takeover" of assets under this Act. (6) Unless the Trauma Hospital in the city of Brno provided health care by the city required it be free to transfer back to the state. ". section 3 of This Act comes into force on its publication, with the exception of § 1, shall become effective on the first day of the calendar month following the date of its publication.
