The Ministry of environment of the Czech Republic shall determine in agreement with the
Central Government authorities concerned under section 8 (2). 2 and section 9
Act No. 40/1956 Coll., on State protection of nature:
§ 1
(1) Establish a national natural reserve Rejvíz and Praděd, Žákova hora,
Borek in the nature reserve, Beech Hill Velhartice, four buds,
Kokšín, Lipa, shovel, Suchý vrch, Třímanské rocks, rašelinách and
Habrová CET.
(2) in order to avoid interference from the surrounding area for booking in Borek
Velhartice, four buds, Rejvíz and rašelinách specifies the protection zone.
(3) the definition of the territory, the mission and the conditions for protection are set out:

§ 2
(1) the operative control of the development of reservations are processed protectionist
plans prepared by the Czech Institute for the conservation of nature and that ^ 1)
shall be approved by the district authorities of the State of nature protection.
(2) Forest reservations shall be carried out in accordance with forest
economic plans. ^ 2) basis for their processing are
conservation plans that the district authorities of State nature protection
be submitted to the Institute for the treatment of forests at the latest at the start of
basic investigation on the proposal on processing of forest economic plan.
(3) research and exploration in the reserves for the needs of the State nature protection
is entitled to organize and carry out a Czech Institute of nature conservation. Research
for bookings for the needs of the user and the owner of a forest shall be entitled to
carry out forestry research institutes and also the individual institutes for
treatment of forests. If, in the context of research or survey could
break the forest cover and the soil, it should be this intention in advance

§ 3

§ 4

paragraph 1 and annex I (booking White Opava) this order.

of 29 April 2004. 11. the 1988 Declaration of some territory in the Czech Socialist
Republic for protected (in the amount of 49/1988 Coll.) are deleted, these

§ 6
This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.

Booking in Velhartice and Borek protection zone
Article. 1
The definition of a reservation and its mission
(1) Reservation is located in Velhartice Borek in Klatovy district in the
the cadastral territory of the Velhartice castle on parcels # 914, 916, 917, 918, 920
(part), 922 (part), 977/1 (part), 982/2 (part), in the District of forest plant
Kašperské Hory, Polesie Svatobor, forest Department 517 C, D, D, 518 and 520,
the total area of 38.09 ha. ^ 3)
(2) the Mission of the reserve is the protection of relict boru v Pošumaví as
the rest of the natural extension of pine.
Article. 2
Conditions for the protection of the reservation
On the reservation, where it is necessary to comply with the terms of protection provided for
by law, ^ 4) are allowed within the defined scope of the following activities:

(1) Booking Lípa is located in the District of Rokycany in the cadastral territory of

forest plant Zbiroh, Polesie Mlečice, forest Department and 626, C (and
59, habitats of the total area of 24.91 ha. ^ 21)
(2) the Mission of the sanctuary is the conservation of the forest stands of the characteristic
