The Czech National Council
of 19 December 2003. December 1977
on the State budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for the year 1978,
on the administration of the income taxes for some taxpayers
and the limitation periods for property and exceptional benefits
The Czech National Council decided on the following Act:
§ 1
(1) the total income of the State budget of the Czech Socialist Republic
(hereinafter referred to as "the State budget of the Republic") is determined
the amount of 119 269 202 000 Czech Crowns,
the total expenditure of the State budget of the Republic shall be the amount
119 269 202 000 Czech Crowns
(Appendix 1).
(2) in the State budget of the Republic are contained
and subsidies from the State budget) Federation to State budget
Republic of 56 820 000 000 Czech Crowns,
(b) the financial relations budgets) national committees, namely:
non-specific subsidies in the amount of 17 266 500 000 Czech Crowns,
Special-purpose subsidies of 21 300 000 000 Czech Crowns
(Appendix 2).
§ 2
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or on the basis of its authority
the Minister of finance may, if this will not affect the balance of State
the budget of the Republic, incorporated into the State budget of the Republic, in particular,
changes to the State plan for the development of the national economy of the Czech Socialist
States, organizational changes, changes in connection with the construction of the
the Czechoslovak section of the Orenburg gas pipeline and modifying no-purpose subsidies and
Special-purpose subsidies national committees, if the conditions under
which were non-specific subsidies and special-purpose subsidies established.
§ 3
The law of the Czech National Council No. 117/1971 Coll., on financial determination of yield and
administration of pension dues, taxes and social security contribution,
be amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1 (b). and)
the words "under paragraph 1 (b). a) to (c)) and (b). g) Act No. 111/1971 Coll.
revenues to the State budget and social security contribution "
replaced by the words "under paragraph 1 (b). a), b) and (g)) of Act No. 111/1971 Coll.
revenues to the State budget and a contribution to social security, in
as amended, ".
2. section 2 (2). 4 is added:
"(4) the Tax Administration in accordance with Act No. 113/1971 Coll., on income tax and
contribution to social security, as subsequently amended,
taxpayers with registered offices abroad is a source of income in the territory
Czech Socialist Republic, District financial management in Prague 1. ".
§ 4
Act No. 129/1968 Coll., on the adjustment of the limitation periods for property and
exceptional benefits, is amended as follows:
In paragraph 1, the words "for a further 10 years" shall be replaced by "20 years".
§ 5
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 1978.
