DECREE Minister of Foreign Trade of 27 December 1968 on the self-determination Technoexport, joint-stock company for foreign trade, the implementation of some foreign shops, Minister of Foreign Trade established in agreement with the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 2 para's. 1, 2 and 3 and section 20 of Act No. 119/1948 Coll., on the state of the organization of the foreign trade and international freight forwarding section 1 Technoexport joint stock company for foreign trade, based in Prague (hereinafter the "Company"), for whose formation has been granted the state permits, along with the approval of the statutes would be a decision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, dated December 17 , 1968, is determined that conduct foreign trade in goods mentioned in section 2. section 2 (1) The company's core business is the import and export of machinery and equipment for the chemical industry, including equipment for the rubber industry, as well as for pulp and paper industry, as well as for the food industry. The authorization also includes the company supplying parts equipment, spare parts, components, projects, installation and technical assistance, or building parts supply, if it is related to the export or import of goods mentioned in this paragraph. (2) The Company is authorized it to carry out all activities related to the subject of its business. § 3 The company's operations pursuant to this Decree shall be subject to regulations applicable to foreign trade. § 4 Technoexport, foreign trade enterprise ^ *) on the date of January 1, 1969 the company merges with its consent. Its assets and liabilities transferred to the company, which becomes its legal successor. section 5 of This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1969. Minister: Ing.
