304/2011 Coll. DECREE of 30 September 2011 concerning the definition of the nature protection zone of the Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest Department of the Environment, pursuant to section 27 of this par. 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 218/2004 Coll.: § 1 Definition of zones (1) defines the nature protection graduated zones (hereinafter referred to it as "zones") in the Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest ^ 1). (2) the Marking of the border zones on the basis of the cadastral maps at scale of 1: and 2000, including electronic form and on the basis of basic maps of the Czech Republic in the scale of 1:10.000, is stored at the headquarters of the Administration of the Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest in Přimda and the central list ^ 2). (3) the Approximate graphical representation of zones in the Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest indicated in the Annex hereto. § 2 the Effect This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2011.
