406/2009 Coll. GOVERNMENT REGULATION of 26 October 2009 on Specifying Bird Area Dehtář Government directs that pursuant to section 45e. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 218/2004 Coll: § 1 Scope (1) defines the Dehtář Bird Area (hereinafter referred to it as "the bird"). (2) The protection of bird areas are population of common tern (Sterna hirundo) and geese (Anser anser) and their habitats. (3) The protection of this species referred to in paragraph 2, maintaining and restoring ecosystems important for species of these birds in their natural range and ensuring conditions for the conservation of these species in a state of favorable conservation. § 2 Definition Bird Area (1) Bird Area is located on the South Bohemian region in the Czech Budejovice, cadastral Čakov Dehtáře Czech Budejovice, Czech Budejovice, Radošovice Záboří Budejovice in Czech and Czech Budejovice Žabovřesky. (2) The territorial definition and description of the boundaries of bird areas are contained in Annex 1 hereto, indicative graphical representation of the bird area is contained in Annex No. 2 to this Order. (3) The maps at a scale of 1:10.000, which is plotted bird areas are stored in the Central Nature Conservancy ^ 1) and in electronic form on the Ministry of Environment, the Regional Office of South Bohemia Region and the municipal authorities with extended powers in whose administrative district the bird is. § 3 Activities, which is to be the nature protection authorities (1) Only with the prior consent of the competent nature conservation authority ^ 2) that the bird area and) establish new hunting and recreational facilities, (b)) in the first year of the two-year economic cycle from 1. April's 31 July to change the amount of water level of 405.85 meters above sea level, the dimension during the second year of the two-year economic cycle from 1 April and 31 July to change the amount of water level of 406.40 meters above sea level dimension, c) between 1. April until July 31 to change the amount of water level by more than 20 cm in dimension at levels above 405.45 meters above sea level in less than 14 days, d) during the period from 1 March to 31 August that change the amount of water level above the dimension 406, 40 m for a period longer than 30 days , or e) enter the common tern colonies in the periods from 15 April 31 July. (2) the Prior consent of the nature conservation authority for the activities referred to in this paragraph 1. VR Minister of the Environment: Appendix 1 Territorial definition and description of the boundaries of Bird Area Bird Areas Dehtář boundary runs from the outlet on the dam Dehtář along the edge of the pond plots (plot no. 781 k.ú Dehtáře Czech Budejovice) to the south, where it connects to the border the r.o. Dehtáře Czech Budejovice, after which continue south and west around the Holubovské Bastion. From this point leads directly south to the northernmost tip of the lake area and continues south along the border of the parcel to the pond to the outlet.
