406/2009 Coll. GOVERNMENT REGULATION of 26 October 2009 on Specifying Bird Area Dehtář Government directs that pursuant to section 45e. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 218/2004 Coll: § 1 Scope (1) defines the Dehtář Bird Area (hereinafter referred to it as "the bird"). (2) The protection of bird areas are population of common tern (Sterna hirundo) and geese (Anser anser) and their habitats. (3) The protection of this species referred to in paragraph 2, maintaining and restoring ecosystems important for species of these birds in their natural range and ensuring conditions for the conservation of these species in a state of favorable conservation. § 2 Definition Bird Area (1) Bird Area is located on the South Bohemian region in the Czech Budejovice, cadastral Čakov Dehtáře Czech Budejovice, Czech Budejovice, Radošovice Záboří Budejovice in Czech and Czech Budejovice Žabovřesky. (2) The territorial definition and description of the boundaries of bird areas are contained in Annex 1 hereto, indicative graphical representation of the bird area is contained in Annex No. 2 to this Order. (3) The maps at a scale of 1:10.000, which is plotted bird areas are stored in the Central Nature Conservancy ^ 1) and in electronic form on the Ministry of Environment, the Regional Office of South Bohemia Region and the municipal authorities with extended powers in whose administrative district the bird is. § 3 Activities, which is to be the nature protection authorities (1) Only with the prior consent of the competent nature conservation authority ^ 2) that the bird area and) establish new hunting and recreational facilities, (b)) in the first year of the two-year economic cycle from 1.
