the Council of the District National Committee in Poprad



of 15 November 2004. May 1970,



you will determine the district offices of the urban and local national committees in the

the district building authorities



§ 1



The Council of the District National Committee in Poprad, determined in accordance with § 9 para. 2

(a). and) of Act No. 87/1958 Coll. on building code, in conjunction with article. 6

the Slovak National Council Act No 72/1969 Coll., on certain measures in

the Organization and scope of national committees in the Slovak Socialist

Republic, the building authorities:



1. The District Office of the local national committees established in Hôrke with the territorial

powers for municipalities, Hozelec Hôrka, Broom, Spišský Štiavnik, Švábovce

and Vydrník;



2. The District Office of the local national committees based in Poprad with territorial

powers for municipalities, Gánovce Matejovce, Mlynica, Nová Lesná, Slovak

Teplica and Veľký Slavkov;



3. The District Office of the local national committees established in the Slovak Village with

territorial responsibility for the village of Lendak, Slovenská Ves, and Excellent Vojňany;



4. The District Office of the local national committees established in the Zips

Hanušovice with territorial responsibility for the municipality of Jezersko, small Hágy,

Frank, Osturňa, Spišské Hanušovce Dovalovo, and Veľká Franková;



5. The District Office of the municipal National Committee and local national committees

with its headquarters in Spišská Stará Ves with territorial responsibility for the city Spišská

The old Village and the village of Červený Kláštor Havka, Lechnica, Lysá nad Dunajcom,

Majere, Matiašovce and Zálesie;



6. The District Office of the local national committees established in Štrba with territorial

competence of the municipalities, Liptovská Teplička, Štrba and Nižná Šuňava, Vyšná

Šuňava;



7. The District Office of the local national committees established in vrbov with territorial

powers for municipalities, Hradisko, Tvarožná Abrahámovce, Vai, Vlkovce,

Vrbov and Žákovce;



8. the municipal National Committee in Spisska Bela with the territorial responsibility of the city

Spišská Belá.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
