Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 40/2009 Coll., the criminal code, as amended by Act No. 306/2009 Coll.,

259/2013 Coll., Act No. 141/2014 Coll. and Act No. 86/2015 Coll., is amended

as follows:



1. In paragraph 214 of paragraph 1. 1 at the end of subparagraph (b)) the following the word "or".



2. In paragraph 214 of paragraph 1. 1, point (b)) the following new alinea, which reads:



"who is to commit such a crime combine".



3. In paragraph 216 of paragraph 1. 1, after the word "allow" the words "or to

committing such crime, conspires ".



4. In article 230 para. 1, and in article 231 para. 1 the words "one year" is replaced by

the words "two years".



5. In article 230 para. 2, the word "two" shall be replaced by the word "three".



6. In article 230 para. 3, the word "three" is replaced by "four".



7. In § 281 para. 1 and section 282 paragraph 1. 1 and 2, after the word "permit"

the words "even if gross negligence".



8. In section 298a para. 1, the words "not small" are replaced by the words "

even gross negligence ".



9. in section 311 paragraph 2. 1 (b). e), the words "or other means of personal or

freight transport or performs a check "is replaced by",

other means of personal or freight transport or fixed platform located on the

Mainland, or on a means of transport or fixed

the platform performs a check. "



10. In section 311 paragraph 2. alinea 2 of the third, the words "or a member of a terrorist

the group "shall be replaced by the words", or member of a terrorist group ".
