DECREE



the Council of the District National Committee in Prešov



from day 4. December 1970,



you will determine the district offices of the local national committees in the district as

building authorities



§ 1



The Council of the District National Committee in Prešov, determined in accordance with § 9 para. 2

(a). and) of Act No. 87/1958 Coll. on building code, in conjunction with article. 6

the Slovak National Council Act No 72/1969 Coll., on certain measures in

the Organization and scope of national committees in the Slovak Socialist

Republic, as building offices:



1. The District Office of the local national committees established in Brezovici with

the territorial scope of the municipalities of Brezovica, Nižný Slavkov, Brezovička, Quiet

Stream, High;



2. The District Office of the local national committees established in Chmeľově with the territorial

powers for municipalities, Chmeľov Čelovce why Šarišská Trstená, Pušovce,;



3. The District Office of the local national committees established in Kapušanech with

territorial responsibility for the village of Fulianka, Chmeľovec, Kapušany, Lada,

Nemcovce, Okružná, Šarišská Poruba, Podhorany, Trnkov;



4. The District Office of the local national committees established in Lemešanech with

territorial responsibility for municipalities, Bretejovce Drienovská Nová Ves, Janovík,

Lemešany, Ličartovce, Seniakovce;



5. The District Office of the local national committees established in Pečovské New Village

with territorial responsibility for villages Červenica, Hanigovce, Jakovany, Jakubová

Voľa, Ľutina, Olejníkov, Pečovská Nová Ves;



6. The District Office of the local national committees established in the Šarišských

Birds of prey, with territorial responsibility for municipalities, Krásna Lúka Bajerovce, Oľšov,

Šarišské Dravce, Poloma, Torysa.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
