261/2002 Coll. of 29 May 2002 the ACT amending the conditions for the use of loans granted under Government Decree No. 190/1997 Coll., On granting financial aid for housing that citizens affected by the floods in 1997 or 1998, as amended and the conditions for the use of loans granted under Government Decree No. 148/1997 Coll., on provision of interest-free loans for housing construction , as amended Parliament has passed this Act of the Czech Republic: § 1 The condition for the use of the loans granted pursuant this Regulation of the Government No. 190/1997 Coll., on granting financial aid for housing that citizens affected by the floods in 1997 or 1998, as amended, which stipulates the completion of construction so that the occupancy permit came into force no later than 4 years from the grant of the loan is extended to 5 years. § 2 The Ministry for Regional Development is authorized in justified cases, after hearing the mayor of the municipality in whose territory the building is located, extend the period referred to it in section 1 of the next year. § 3 the Conditions for using the loan granted pursuant this Government Decree No. 148/1997 Coll., On provision of interest-free loans for housing construction, as amended, which stipulates the completion of construction so that the occupancy permit came into force no later than 4 years after the date of becomes legally effective building permit is extended to 5 years. section 4 of this Act shall also apply to legal relationships arising before its entry into force. section 5 of this Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
