laying down the list of theoretical and practical areas that
make up the content of the education and training required in the Czech Republic for the performance of
regulated activities within the scope of the Ministry of agriculture
The Ministry of agriculture determined in accordance with section 29. 2 (a). (e)) and § 38
Act No. 18/2004 Coll., on the recognition of professional qualifications and other
eligibility of nationals of the Member States of the European Union and the
change some of the laws (law on the recognition of professional qualifications) (hereinafter
"the Act"):
§ 1
Introductory provisions
Certification authority for regulated professions and activities in the area
health care is the Chamber of veterinary surgeons of the Czech Republic.
§ 2
List of theoretical and practical areas
List of theoretical and practical areas which constitute the content of education and
the preparation required in the Czech Republic for the performance of the regulated activities in the
under the responsibility of the Ministry of agriculture, is given in the annex.
§ 3
Professionally competent person
A competent person, in accordance with section 13 of the Act, means a person who
meets the qualification requirements for the performance of the regulated
