The Czech National Council
of 8 June. November 1982,
amending and supplementing the law on national committees and modifies the
the scope of the urban national committees on some sections of the State administration
The Czech National Council agreed on this law:
Article. (I)
Law No. 69/1967 of Coll., on national committees, as amended by the law of the Czech
the National Council No. 33/1970 Coll., on financial administrations, the law of the Czech
the National Council No. 57/1971 Coll. amending and supplementing Act No. 69/1967
Coll. on the national committees, the Czech National Council Act No. 116/1971 Coll.
the committees and commissions of the people's control, the Czech National Council Act No.
146/1971 Coll., amending and supplementing the law on national committees and
modifies the scope of national committees on some sections of the State administration
and the Czech National Council Act No. 49/1982 Coll., amending and supplementing
the law on the national committees and regulates the scope of local national
committees operating in the municipalities, shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
1. In section 2, the first sentence reads as follows:
"National committees to provide comprehensive economic and social development

4. § 6 paragraph 2, 3 and 4:

7. section 10 reads as follows:
"§ 10

11. section 18 reads as follows:

13. section 20 reads as follows:
"section 20

14. section 21:

15. In section 22, paragraph 1, the following paragraph 2 is added:

17. section 23 paragraph 1 reads:

22. section 26 c shall be added:

32. § 47 odst. 1:

37. In section 57 paragraph 1 reads:

the State Administration) creating the conditions for increasing the political and professional
levels of staff of the national committees,
5. carry out an analysis of the activities of the national committees, organises the exchange of
experience from their work and directs and evaluates the national competition
committees,
6. regulating the organisation of an information system of national committees. "
47. In section 68, paragraphs 1 and 2 shall read:
"(1) the Ministry of (central authorities of State Administration) governed under the laws of
the performance of State administration in the sector concerned (section) of the publication in General

1. The urban national committees of the first and the second category is

The Bureau of the Czech National Council is hereby authorised, in the collection of laws
announced the full text of Act No. 69/1967 of Coll., on national committees, as
results from the changes and additions carried out by later laws, if this
the law applies to the territory of the Czech Socialist Republic.
Article. (IX)
This law shall enter into force on 1 January 2005. January 1983, with the exception of article. In that
