of employees in public services and administration, as amended

The Government ordered pursuant to section 123 of paragraph 1. 6 (a). e) and (f)) and article 129 paragraph. 2 of the Act
No 262/2006 SB., labour code, as amended by Act No. 362/2007 Coll., Act
No 347/2010 Coll., Act No. 364/2007 Coll., Act No. 365/2006 and
Law No 250/2014 Sb:
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 561/2006 Coll., on salaries of employees in the
public service and administration, as amended by Decree-Law No 74/2009 Coll.,
Government Regulation No. 130/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 133/2009 Coll.,
Government Regulation No. 201/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 381/2010 Coll.,
Government Regulation No. 44/2007 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 448/2006 and
Government Regulation No. 224/2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In section 4, paragraph 4. 8 and 10, the number "8" is replaced by "9".
2. in § 5 para. 2, the number "5" shall be replaced by the number "6", "7",
replaced by the number "8" and the number "4" is replaced by the number "5".
3. In section 5, paragraph 2, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) an employee who is a member in the social services or
a social worker in the social services, at your ISP
social services, which carries on business in the social services or
under special legislation when assistance in material need, in
the socio-legal protection of children, in school, and a school, prison,
in the Czech Republic and in asylum facilities, or social
professional provider of health services, it is for a salary plan
determined according to the pay scale set out in annex 3 to the
of this regulation, if it is not for him a salary rate according to the scale
pay scales listed in annex 4 to this regulation. ".
Paragraphs 3 to 8 shall become paragraphs 4 to 9.
4. in § 5 para. 4, the number "3" by "4".
5. § 5 para. 5, the words "in the social služeb18a)," including the
footnote # 18a repealed, the number "4" is replaced by the number "5" and
the number "6" shall be replaced by the words "7 or 8".
6. in § 5 para. 6, after the words "health services", the words "and in the
social services ", the number" 5 "shall be replaced by the number" 6 "number
"4" is replaced by the number "5" and the number "7" is replaced by "8".
7. in § 5 para. 7, the words "doctor or dentist in the medical
equipment of Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic and in the prison service of the Czech
States, "shall be deleted and the number" 6 "shall be replaced by the number" 7 ".
8. in § 5 para. 8, after the words "inpatient care" the words ", in
A medical facility of the Interior Ministry and the prison service of the Czech
of the Republic "and the number" 7 "is replaced by" 8 ".
9. in § 5 para. 9, the number "8" is replaced by "9".
10. In section 6 (1). 2, the words "listed in the sixth and higher grade"
shall be deleted.
11. In § 8 para. 1 with the number "9" is replaced by "10".
12. Appendix 2 is added:

19. in the heading of Annex # 9, the number "8" is replaced by "9".
20. in annex No 10 in (III). the group, point 7 shall be deleted.
The former item 8 becomes item "7", section "8.1." as the section "7.1."
"8.2." as an "7.2." and to the "9" as an "8".
21. in annex No 10 in (III). the group is added at the end of paragraph 9, which
added:
"9. the work in which the employee performs a physical check of the inmates
in the performance of alternative sanctions and measures, including punishment of domestic
prison or court imposed restrictions and obligations. ".
22. in annex No 10 in the IV. the group is added at the end of paragraph 4, which
added:
