to extend the scope of the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Republic and
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on 11 July. November 1924 the

His British Majesty's Government has announced that it wishes to rozšířiti
scope of application of the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Republic and the United

4. the Irish Free State (Irish Free State)
5. the new Newfoundland (Newfoundland)

These other British protectorates, protected States and mandated territories:
7. the Palestine (Palestine),
8. British Cameroon (British Cameroone)
the British Togoland part 9 (British Togoland sphere),
10. the territory of Tanganyika (Tanganyika territory),
11. the State of North Borneo (State of North Borneo), and to protected States:
12 Perak (Perak),
13. the Selangor (Selangor),
14. the Negri Sembilan (Negri Sembilan),
15. Pahang (Pahang),
16. (Johore)
17. Kedah (Kedah)
18. Brunei (Brunei).
As regards Palestine, it is understood that the provisions of the Treaty concerning the mutual
extradition, if they apply to British nationals,
apply to persons who are Palestinian nationals, or
coming into this jurisdiction under Council regulation on Palestinian State
citizenship of 1925 (Palestinian Citizenship Order in Council, 1925).
The Government of the State of the Australian, New Zealand and the Union of South Africa
have expressed the wish that the scope of the above, the extradition treaty
criminals with a complementary Protocol was extended also to:
19. New Guinea (New Guinea)
20. Samoa (Western Samoa)
21. South West Africa (South West Africa),
22. Nauru (Nauru).
The request for the extradition of the above, the Dominions protectorates,
protected States or mandátních the territory referred to in article will be accepted. 18

In the absence of the High Commissioner in Palestine, a Governor in Nigeria,
the Governor of the Gold Coast and the Governor of the territory of Tanganyika into will
the request for the extradition of their official representatives of the delegation of
the Government (The Officer administering the Government).
Extension of the scope of the Treaty on extradition of criminals and the supplementary
the Protocol came into effect under art. 17 of the Treaty on extradition of criminals
regarding Dominions referred to in this Decree as no. 1-6, with the consent of them
own free Government on 11 July. July 1927 and in respect of the territories referred to
under # 7-10 and 19-22 on 15 December. July 1927. With respect to other territory
referred to in this Decree became effective according to the extension of the scope
article. 19 of the Treaty on extradition of criminals on 3 June 2006. November 1927.
