paragraph. 4 and section 89 of the Act No. 221/1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by

Act No. 254/2002 Coll. and Act No. 332/2014 Sb:



§ 1



The amount of a recruitment allowance



(1) the recruitment allowance may be granted when a soldier's profession to

§ 2



The amount of the qualifying contribution

§ 3

§ 5

§ 6



Transitional provisions

§ 7



Regulation (EEC)



Shall be repealed:



1. the Decree of the Ministry of defence no 267/1999 Coll., laying down the amount of the

recruitment allowance, the allowance and subsistence allowance and moving procedure

in granting travel and other compensation to the soldiers of the occupation.



2. Regulation No. 44/2001 Coll., amending Decree of the Ministry of defence

No 267/1999 Coll., laying down the amount of a recruitment allowance, the allowance

§ 8
