control of diseases and diseases transmissible from animals to humans, as amended by

The Ministry of agriculture lays down pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 167/1999 Coll., on the

veterinary care and amending certain related laws (health

Act), as amended by Act No. 131/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll., Act

No 48/2006 Coll., Act No. 182/2008 Coll., Act No. 227/2009 Coll., Act

No 308/2007 Coll. and Act No. 359/2012 Coll., to implement section 10, paragraph 1. 3

the law:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 299/2003 Coll., on measures for the prevention and control of

diseases and diseases transmissible from animals to humans, as amended by Decree No.

356/2004 Coll., Act No. 389/2004 Coll., Decree No. 214/2005 Coll.

Decree No. 36/2007 Coll., Decree No 316/2007 Coll., Act No. 288/2008

Coll., Decree No. 12/2010 Coll. and Decree No. 161/2012 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in article 1, § 5 para. 1, § 6 (1). 1 and 2, section 7 (2). 1 and 5, § 10 para. 1

the initial part of the provisions of § 11 (1) 1 introductory provisions of section a (c).

and article 15, paragraph 1). 1 (b). and section 24, paragraph 1). 1, section 31 (a). (c)), § 32 para. 1

(a). (c) point 5 (a)). 2 (a). (c)), section 34 para. 1 (b). and section 2, §) 36

paragraph. 1 (b). (c)), section 37a of the introductory part of the provisions of section 38 (a). (h)), section 89, §

95 para. 1 (b). (c)), section 5, § 97 para. 1 (b). and) point 1, section 109, 141, §

paragraph 150. 1 (b). (I)), annex 6, paragraph 27 of annex 12, introductory part

the provisions and paragraph. 3 (b). Annex a), no. 23 (I) para. 4 (b). (b)), and
