Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



§ 1



Officials and some government agencies, judges, ^ 1) ^ 2)

^ 3) prosecutors and members of the Presidium of the Securities and Exchange Commission ^ 4) more

salary ^ 5) for the second half of 1999 and for the second half of the year 2000

does not belong.



§ 2



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
