DECREE
from day 4. November 2005,
which shall be designated as national nature reserve Bohdanečský pond and
sets its more protective conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 3 (b). (b))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") and for the implementation of § 28 para. 1 and § 37
paragraph. 1 of the Act:
PART THE FIRST
THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE BOHDANEČSKÝ POND
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) national nature reserve is Bohdanečský pond (
"the national nature reserve").
(2) the subject of the protection is in the region in which they occur
frequently, in particular mangrove and other kinds of water and wetland birds, and
the complex of water, wetland and forest ecosystems, especially peat
the reed beds, meadows, wetland and Alder, vrbin and Woods, created around
Bohdanečského pond.
§ 2
The definition of national nature reserve
(1) national nature reserve is located in the Pardubice region
cadastral territory of Lázně Bohdaneč. The boundaries of the national nature reserve
down a closed geometrical shape with straight sides, which
vertices are determined coordinates contained in the uniform trigonometric
network, cadastral ^ 1). A list of the coordinates of the vertices of a geometric shape
so, as they go in a shape behind him, is given in Appendix 1 to this

§ 3
More protective conditions for national nature reserve
Only with the prior consent of the competent authority for nature protection under section
44 para. 2 and § 79 paragraph 2. 3 (b). g) of the Act may be in the national nature
reservation

§ 4
The protection zone
The protection zone national nature reserve is located in the Pardubice
the County, in the cadastral territory Lázně Bohdaneč. The boundaries of the protection zone
national nature reserve (§ 37 para. 1 of the law) shall be closed
geometric shape with straight sides, whose vertices are specified
coordinates contained in the uniform cadastral trigonometric network ^ 1).

§ 5
