DECREE
of 22 March. July 2009,
on the determination of the list of people with the indication of their workplaces, for whose
activities shall not require the authorization to the treatment of addictive substances and
preparations containing them
Modified: 28/Sb.
The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 5 para. 7 of Act No. 167/1998
Coll., on addictive substances and amending certain other acts, as amended by
Law No. 407/2001 Coll. and Act No. 362/2004 Coll.:
§ 1
List of people with the indication of their workplaces, for whose activities are
does not require a permit for the treatment of addictive substances and preparations is
containing, is given in the annex to this Decree.
§ 2
Shall be repealed:
1. The Ministry of health Decree No. 83/2002 Coll., which
provides a list of legal entities and natural persons, together with their
workplaces, for whose activity does not require authorisation for the treatment of
addictive substances, preparations containing them, and precursors.
2. Decree No 317/2003 Coll., amending Decree No. 83/2002 Coll.
laying down the list of legal entities and natural persons, together with their
workplaces, for whose activity does not require authorisation for the treatment of
addictive substances, preparations containing them, and precursors.
3. Decree No. 508/2005 Coll., amending Decree of the Ministry of
health care no 83/2002 Coll., laying down the list of legal entities and
individuals with an indication of their workplaces, for whose activities are
does not require authorisation for the treatment of addictive substances, preparations is
containing and precursors, as amended by Decree No 317/2003 Coll.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication.
