§ 1



The Council of the District National Committee in Lučenec determined in accordance with § 9 para. 2

(a). and) of Act No. 87/1958 Coll. on building code, in conjunction with article

2 of the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 72/1969 Coll., on certain measures

in the Organization and scope of national committees in the Slovak Socialist

Republic, and article. 5 (3). 3 of the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 131/1970

Coll., on the establishment of a regional national committees in the Slovak Socialist

the Republic and the measures associated with it, the Building Authority



Municipal National Committee in Filakově.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
