about sound management on economic security and forest farms.



§ 1.



On the basis of the provisions of the law of 24 December 2002. July 1917, of the row No. 307,

empowers the Minister for agriculture, for a period of emergency, war

thrown by the conditions on the aid and the restoration of economic life, to

avoiding economic damage and for the supply of food and

other items necessary to the interpretation of Management introduced or made any other appropriate

measures in order to ensure sound management of the economic and

forest farms, on which any reason duly proven

nehospodaří or the cause of which is the reasonable concern that on them from

hospodařeno will not be properly for any reason, or on which the introduction

self-inflicted docíliti management better economic results.



§ 2.



The costs associated with the introduction of the self-inflicted administration or with the

the measures go to the account of goods on which the Administration introduced an enforced or

the measures were taken.



§ 3.



This mandate also applies to management that were imposed

the Ministry of agriculture introduced from 28. October 1918.
