Coll., is hereby amended as follows:



1. Under item 3, the letter f) the following point (g)), which read:



"(g)) the provision of information from the register of accidents Czk 100."



2. Under item 11, the provisions of the Exemption, in point 1, the words "one

of the month "shall be replaced by the words" six months ".



3. Under item 11, the provisions of the Exemption at the end of the text of point 2

the words "or as a result of putting the wrong information on issued

civil status documents ".



4. Under item 11, the provisions of the Notes, in paragraph 4, the words "or

last name at birth "are deleted.



5. Under item 154, in the provisions of the Exemption, in point 1, the words "one

of the month "shall be replaced by the words" six months ".



6. In item 154, in the provisions of the Notes, in paragraph 4, the words "or

last name at birth "are deleted.

The transitional provisions of the

CANCELLATION PROVISIONS



Article. (IV)



Decree No. 218/2006 Coll. on the payment for the provision of data from the register

traffic accidents, is hereby repealed.



PART THE FOURTH



The EFFECTIVENESS of the
