Regulation



the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic



of 5 April 2004. October 1921,



extending the period provided for in article VII. Regulation of the Government of

on 21 February 2006. July 1921, no. 240 Coll. and n., on the adjustment of land use in

the proportion of naturálního of them yield in Carpathian Ruthenia.



On the basis of the law of 15 June 2004. April 1920, no. 337 Coll. and n., ordering

is this:



Article I.



The period provided for in paragraph one of article VII. Regulation of the Government of the day

July 21, 1921, number 240 Coll. and n., for notification pachtýře

(podpachtýře) or another user in article II. the same regulation

indicated and to the Declaration of such persons according to the second sentence of the fourth paragraph

Article VII, shall be extended to 30. November 1921.



Within the first paragraph of this article can do and after notification

the case statement whether or not the person designated in this first paragraph, which

the announcement, after the case of the Declaration, it was before the effective date of this regulation to

the opposition of the other party, the Court rejected because it was not filed

in a timely manner.



The announcement, after the case of a declaration made before the effective date of this regulation,

against which objections have been made till now pending, can no longer be zamítnouti

because it was not made in good time.



Against the announcement received after 30 June. September 1921, but before the effective date of this

Regulation may not administer the objections of the other party (article, paragraph 6.

VII. Government Regulation. of 21 June 1999. July 1921. 240 Coll. and n.) in

14 days from the effectiveness of this regulation.



Article II.



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication and its validity is

obmezena on the territory of Carpathian Ruthenia.
