Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:

Act No. 368/1992 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended by Act No.
10/1993 Coll., Act No. 72/1994 Coll., Act No. 85/1994 Coll., Act No.

160/1995 Coll., Act No. 301/1995 Coll., Act No. 151/1997 Coll., Act No.
305/1997 Coll., Act No. 148/1998 Coll., Act No. 157/1998 Coll., Act No.
167/1998 Coll., Act No. 63/1999 Coll. and Act No. 167/1999 Coll., is amended
as follows:
1. in part I of the annex under item 22, the following shall be added at the end of the text of subparagraph (h))
to l) are added:
"h) the issue of permits to the employer
to recruitment from abroad £ 2000.0-
I) Issue a work permit to foreigners-$ 500.0-
j) the issue of permits to mediation
employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic-$ 10000.0-
to the issue of permits to mediation)
employment abroad € 10000.0-
l) issue permits to mediation
employment in the Czech Republic Czk 1000.0-. ".
2. in part I of annex 22 to the item in the notes at the end of the text
following points 5 and 6, including footnote No. 4a) are added:
"5. the authorisation referred to in subparagraphs (h) and (i))) this item is issued by the administrative authority
(Office work) according to law No. 1/1991 Coll., on employment, as amended by
amended. The authorisation referred to in subparagraphs (j)), k) and (l)) for this item
issued by the administrative authority (the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs) under
Act No. 9/1991 Coll., on employment and scope of bodies of the Czech
States in the field of employment, as subsequently amended.
6. for the purposes of acts in subparagraphs (i) and (j))) this item is a stranger, the person
that needs to perform work in the territory of the United States permit
employment in accordance with the specific legislation. ^ 4a)

the laws of the United States announced the full text of Act No. 1/1991 Coll., on the
employment, as follows from amended.

This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. October 1999, with the exception of article. I, points
31 and 32, which shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2000.
