on the increase in certain social benefits to children

The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders under section 35 of the Act
No. 88/1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity
and allowances for children from sickness insurance, as amended by Act No.
57/1984 Coll., under section 142a of Act No. 103/1964 Coll., on security
cooperative of peasants in the disease and about security of mother and child, as amended by
Act No. 88/1968 Coll., Act No. 121/1975 Coll. and Act No. 57/1984 Coll.,
under section 168 of the Act No. 121/1975 Coll., on social security, as amended by
Act No. 150/1979 Coll., legal measures of the Bureau of the Federal
Assembly no. 7/1982 Coll. and Act No. 56/1984 Coll. and under section 21 of the Act
No 50/1973 Coll. on foster care, as amended by Act No. 58/1984 Coll.:
§ 1
Child allowance payable under the legislation on health security

Shall be deleted:
1. the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic Regulation No 68/1980
Coll., which increases the amount of the contribution to cover the needs of the child in the
foster care;
2. sections 1 and 2 of the regulation of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.

§ 6
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1985.
