Which schools and school facilities established by the Ministry of Interior
implement certain provisions of the Education Act

Ministry of the Interior pursuant to § 172 para. 5 Act no. 561/2004 Coll.
On preschool, primary, secondary, higher professional and other education
(the Education Act), (hereinafter the "Act" )

§ 1

The number of pupils and students

(K § 23 par. 3 of the Act)

(1) The minimum number of students in middle school with a full number of years is 60.
lowest number of students in higher vocational school with a full number of years is 20.


(2) The minimum number of pupils in a class in high school is the 15th lowest number
students in a study group at a vocational school at the start
education in the first year is the fifth

(3) The maximum number of students per class in high school is 30. The maximum number of students
study group in higher vocational school is 30.

§ 2

Rules for dividing and joining classes and study groups for teaching

(K § 26 par. 4 of the Act)

§ 3

Period of schooling in high school

(K § 24 para. 5 of the Act)

(1) The teaching period starts on September 1 and ends on June 30
following calendar year.

(2) The first semester starts on September 1 and ends on 31 January of the following calendar year
. Second semester begins on February 1 and ends on June 30.

(3) Should the first term on Friday, teaching begins in
Monday of the following week. If the end of the second half to
Monday, teaching ends on Friday of the previous week.

§ 4

Organisation of teaching in higher vocational school

(K § 24 para. 5 of the Act and § 103)

(1) School education in the school year lasts 40 weeks, including 32 weeks

§ 4a


Individual Education Plan
(K § 18 and 19 of the Act)

§ 5
Dates for issuing reports


(K § 24 para. 5 of the Act)

(1) The certificate is passed on the last day of classes during school

§ 6
School holidays


(K § 24 para. 5 of the Act)

§ 7

Book of injuries

(K § 29 par. 3 of the Act)

(1) In the book of accidents ^ 2) shall be recorded for all injuries and students (hereinafter
"accident"), which occurred during the activities referred to in § 29 par. 2
Act, not later within 24 hours from the time the school or school facility
hear about the injury.

(2) In the book of injuries shall

A) serial number of injuries

B) the name or names, surname and date of birth wounded,

C) a description of the accident,

D) a description of the event, during which the injury occurred, including the date and place
events

E) the name or names and surnames of any witness the accident,

F) whether and by whom was the injury treated,


G) the name or names, surname, position and signature
school employee or school facility, which has made an entry into the book
injuries

H) other facts if they are required to file a personal injury.

§ 8


Record of accident
(K § 29 par. 3 of the Act)

(1) Records of the accident the school or school facility prepares always the case

A) an accident, the result of which was the absence of a pupil or student in the school or school facility
extending into at least two consecutive
teaching days,

B) injury pupil or student, the result of which was not his absence
or less, the absence of two consecutive working days,
which can be expected to provide compensation for pain or

§ 9


Injury reports

§ 11

Documents application to education

(K § 64 of the Act)

(1) Application for Education (hereinafter referred to as "application") contains the following

their compulsory schooling, or the corresponding years
elementary school after completing compulsory schooling

B) certificate from the last two years, in which the candidate completed or terminated

basic education before completing compulsory schooling

C) evidence of secondary education with indenture if the applicant wishes

D) evidence of secondary education with a graduation exam, if the applicant wishes

F) proof of completion of compulsory schooling in the case of a candidate who finished

§ 13

§ 14

§ 18

Rules for the assessment of learning outcomes

(K § 71 of the Act)

A) principles for ongoing evaluation and assessment of learning outcomes,

C) the course and method of evaluation in education by
individual education plan

§ 19


A board exam
(K § 71 of the Act)

(1) a board exam lasts if

§ 20

Conditions for recognition of prior learning

§ 21
Theoretical education


(K § 71 of the Act)

§ 23
Professional experience


(K § 71 and 103 of the Act)

§ 24
Vocational training

Forms ratings
(K § 103 of the Act)

§ 31


A board examination
(K § 103 of the Act)

§ 32

Terms of the discharge

§ 33

Organization discharge

examinations of vocational subjects or other parts of the curriculum, exams

very well and the average student's graduation is not worse than 1.50,

(4) The overall assessment, including assessment of the individual tests

§ 35
The amount of consideration


(K § 123 para. 5 Act)

(1) The maximum consideration for higher professional education (hereinafter
"tuition") for the school year at the educational program sets of 3
000 CZK.

(2) The school principal may, in exceptional cases, to reduce
student tuition fees of up to 50% of the financial amount referred to in paragraph 1

test

§ 35b

Maturity tuition


(K § 123 para. 5 Act)

proportion of the tuition fees for the corresponding period no later than 15 days after
day when the decision on the adoption becomes final.

§ 37

Material security

(K § 122 para. 5 Act)


Pupils and students are provided school meals and accommodation.

Accommodation facility


(K § 122 para. 5 Act)

Accommodation facility provides secondary school pupils and students in higher vocational schools
accommodation and educational activities related to educational activities
secondary schools and colleges.

§ 42

Organization of accommodation

(K § 122 para. 5 Act)

(1) Pupils and students are at the property placed into groups.

(2) Pupils and students are accommodated in rooms separated by gender, or
according to age.

§ 43

The placement of students

(K § 122 para. 5 Act)

§ 44

Charges for accommodation


(K § 122 para. 5 Act)

Rooms that have four to six beds, are classified in Class II. category.

(3) charges for accommodation is

A) in the room I category exceeding 1,600 CZK per 1 bed for 1 calendar
month

B) in the room II. categories of more than 900 CZK for 1 bed at 1
calendar month.

(4) The amount of payment for in accommodation provides
head of state bodies with regard to equipment
accommodation and service levels.

(5) The amount of payment for in accommodation does not change even when
pupil or student accommodation is not every day of the calendar month.
If a pupil or student accommodation facilities only part
calendar month due to the organization of the school year at the school, which is
pupil or student, determine the amount of payment for accommodation
proportion to the number of days after which it is housed. Billing charges for accommodation performs
accommodation facilities by the end of each semester.

§ 45

Annual report on the activities of the school

(K § 11 of the Act)

(1) The annual report on the activities of school always contains:

A) basic information about the school (such as name, address, description
schools, data on school management, address for remote access)

B) an overview of fields of education, which teaches school and are included in the school
register

C) general description of the staffing of schools

D) data on admissions and subsequent admission to school

E) data on educational attainment of pupils according to the goals set by school
educational programs and the results of school-leaving examinations and graduations
,

F) information on further education of teachers,

G) information on activities and presentations in public schools,

H) information on the results of inspection activities

I) basic information on the management of the school,

J) information on the prevention of pathological social phenomena

K) information on the involvement of school to further education in lifelong learning
.

(2) The annual report on school activities are processed for a period
previous school year, with the exception of basic data management
school. The headmaster sends an annual report to the Ministry

§ 48a

Types of school facilities and details on the contents and scope of their operations


(K § 121 of the Act)

(1) Types of school facilities:

A) educational purpose device,

B) practical training center.

(2) The school provides a purpose-built facility within the study visits
professional services, study and work services through training courses or
internships for members of the security forces employees
security forces, employees of schools and school facilities
established by the Ministry and employees of the Ministry and also for soldiers in active service
civilian employees of the armed forces.

(3) The Centre provides job training and vocational training
training for members of the Police of the Czech Republic and employees of the Police
Czech Republic.

§ 48b

Performance of inspection activities

(K § 175 paragraph. 6 of the Act)

(1) Carrying out inspection activities to the police to schools and school facilities in operation

Common provisions


Provisions governing secondary education, with the exception of § 11 para. 1 point.
A), b) and f), par. 3 and 4 and § 12 para. 1, also apply to nástavbové
studies and shortened studies for secondary education with a graduation exam

§ 50
Transitional provisions


(1) The curricula and syllabi issued under the existing laws and regulations
concretized school, which contain parts or data for
which this decree stipulates that defined
school educational program, supplemented with effect from 1 September 2006.

(2) The provisions of § 33 para. 4 and 5 shall not apply if
teaching documents issued under the existing laws which are considered
accredited training programs ^ 18), providing the conditions of the test
vocational subjects differently.

§ 51
Repealing provisions
