about the National Gallery in Prague



The National Assembly of the Republic passed on this

the Act:



Article. (I).



§ 1



National Gallery in Prague is the State Institute, whose mission is to professionally

shromažďovati and spravovati the painting, sculpture and graphic work home

and foreign art, scientifically bádati about them and is accessible

to the public.



§ 2



(1) the property of the Czechoslovak State switching without refund

collections which are the property of Modern Gallery in Prague, as well as

collections that are the residual nature of the country as part of the Czech either

stored in a modern Gallery in Prague or constitutes a collection of graphic Department

The National Museum in Prague, including i t nr. Hollareum.



(2) Collections, referred to in paragraph 1, shall integrate into the collections of the National Gallery

in Prague, along with collections, referred to in § 1 of the law of 8 June. may

§ 3



The National Gallery in Prague, reports directly to the Ministry of education, science and

art.



§ 4



Organization and management of the National Gallery in Prague, the Ministry adjusted

education, science and the art of the Statute, which, acting in agreement with the ministries

the Interior, finance, and information and education and with the highest financial control

by the authority.



Article II



(1) Act No. 127/1936 Coll. is hereby repealed.



(2) the assets of the Fund, established under section 3 of the Act No. 127/1936 Coll., passes

to the State.



Article. (III)



(1) the Talents of modern Gallery in Prague is hereby repealed and, next to its assets,

referred to in article 14(2). I, § 2, paragraph 2. 1, passes to the Czechoslovak State and its

the assets of others.



(2) the change of title to half of the real estate, registered in the

the intercalations. 984 1018 of the land register and the cadastral territory of the Royal

Vineyards, with modern Gallery in Prague, the Czechoslovak State (management

education, science and the Arts) writes the library upon the motion of the Ministry of

techniques, odvolaje to this law.



Article IV



This Act shall take effect on the date of the notice; It does the Minister

education, science and the arts and Minister for technology and in agreement with the participating members

the Government.
