Parliament passed this law in the Czech Republic:



Article. (I)

The President of the Chamber of deputies of the Parliament is to ratify, in the collection of

the laws declared the full text of the Czech National Council Act No. 283/1991 Coll.,

the police of the Czech Republic, as follows from amended.

Article IV



(1) Staff members of the Federal railway police ratios ends

the end of March 31. December 1993.



(2) the members of the federal railway police, which ends with a business

the ratio referred to in paragraph 1, shall belong to the demands associated with leaving

proportion, as if their service is terminated by dismissal

the provisions of § 106 paragraph. 1 (b). and the Czech National Council) of Act No. 186/1992

Coll., on the service of members of the police of the Czech Republic; It

does not apply if will be admitted to the service of National Police

The United States and this service is created on 1 May 2004. January 1994.



Article. In



This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 1994, with the exception of article. (IV),

which shall take effect on 31 December. December 1993.
