on certain measures relating to the competence of the ministries of the United

of the Republic of



The Czech National Council decided on the following Act:



Article. (I)



The law of the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other

central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by

the Czech National Council Act No. 61/1988 Coll., on changes in the Organization and

the scope of the ministries and other central bodies of the State administration of the Czech

the Socialist Republic, the Czech National Council Act No. 173/1989 Coll., on

measures in the system of Central Government bodies of the Czech

Socialist Republic, headed by a member of the Government of the Czech

Socialist Republic, and the legal measures of the Bureau of the United

the National Council Act No. 9/1990 Coll. amending Act of the Czech National Council.

administration of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech national

The Czech National Council No. 93/1990 Coll., on certain measures relating to the

competence of the ministries of the Czech Republic, is supplemented as follows:



In § 12 para. 3, after the words "public utility services" the words

"private business citizens".



Article II



This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. May 1990.
