repealing Act No. 68/1956 Coll. on the Organization of physical education, and

adapting some other relations related to the voluntary

sports organizations

The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic

committed to this Act:



§ 1



Shall be deleted:



1. Act No. 68/1956 Coll. on the Organization of physical education,



2. the provisions of section 2 (2). 2, § 4, 5, § 6 (1). 3, in section 7 of part of the

a semicolon, § 8 para. 2 of Decree-Law No 82/1958 Coll. on Honorary

recognitions in physical education.



§ 2



Property rights of voluntary organisations, which they have been deprived of the laws of the

No. 187/1949 Coll., no 71/1952 Coll. and no 68/1956 Coll., who return from

status as of 31. March 1948 the Czechoslovak village of Sokol and others

again arising from voluntary organizations that have exercised their claims in

the successor to the organization referred to in section 2 of the Act No. 68/1956 Coll. until 31 December 2006.

§ 2a



The legal successor of the organization referred to in section 2 of the Act No. 68/1956 Coll. is

with proprietary rights until their release of the Czechoslovak village

Sokol, and other organisations to dispose of resulting again with the diligence of

husbandman; from the effective date of this Act cannot be property rights

transfer the ownership of, or leave it to another to use. Such

legal acts are invalid.



§ 3



The conditions and the way of the return of property rights under section 2 and the granting

honorary titles and public recognition in accordance with Decree-Law No 82/1958

SB. legislation issued by the authorities of the Czech Republic and Slovakia

of the Republic.



§ 4



This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. June 1990.
