152/2002 Coll. GOVERNMENT REGULATION of 18 March 2002 laying down a list of things for use on the free transfer of ownership of the Czech Republic to the Federation of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic or the property of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic in order to mitigate some property injustices caused by the Holocaust and the procedure for their Transfer Government directs under section 2 para. 2 of Act No. 212/2000 Coll., on the mitigation of certain property injustices caused by the Holocaust and amending Act No. 243/1992 Coll., that regulate certain issues relating to Act No. 229/1991, on ownership of land and other agricultural property, as amended by Act No. 93/1992 Coll., as amended, section 1 on free transfer to the ownership of the Federation of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic or the property of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic ( hereinafter referred to it as "the Jewish legal person") are listed in the appendix hereto. section 2 (1) and the proposal it conclude and donation agreement for the Czech Republic draw whoever cases mentioned in the Annex hereto managed under a special law, (hereinafter "petitioner").
