DECREE



of 10 June 1999. July 2007,



laying down the content and elements of the plan the territory of archaeological

findings



The Ministry of culture shall lay down pursuant to § 45 para. 1 of law No 20/1987 Coll.,

about the national heritage preservation, as amended by Act No. 320/2002 Coll. and Act No.

186/2006 Coll., to implement Section 23b para. 5 of this Act:



§ 1



(1) a plan of the territory with the archaeological findings (hereinafter referred to as the "plan") contains

text and graphics part.



(2) the text part of the plan includes the verbal definition of the boundary area with

Archaeological findings. The boundary of a single territory with the archaeological findings

form a line along the boundary of the parcel, in exceptional cases it consists of

the connector out of the existing borders or fracture points on these

borders. This limit shall be indicated in the graphical part of the plan.



(3) the graphical part of the plan includes drawings that are processed over

map the base scale cadastral map, or in a particularly

justified cases, scale 1:5 000, and 1:

50 000, 1:10,000 or 1:5 000, or of the scale of cadastral

maps.



(4) in the drawings referred to in paragraph 3 shall be marked:



and the boundaries of the conservation area), if they are not included in the territory in accordance with

(d)),



(b) the boundaries of the historic zone,) if they are not included in the territory referred to in subparagraph

(d)),



c) boundaries that are cultural monument or national cultural

monument, if they are not included in the territories under (a)), b) or (d)),



(d)) the boundaries of the territories in which they occur, or may be reasonably

present archaeological findings,



e) immovable cultural relics and intangible national cultural monuments, which

There are archaeological findings.



§ 2



In the region, the regulation establishing the plan, always indicate whether it applies

on the territory of the entire region or only part of it. If only applies

on his part, the enumeration districts, or communes or cadastral

the territory of the region covered by the regulation.



§ 3



This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication.
