The DECISION of the



PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC



of 29 April 2004. November 2013



about the delegation of powers in the procedure for granting of grace



On the basis of a mandate given me provisions of section 366 para. 2 of law No.

141/1961 Coll., on criminal court proceedings (code of criminal procedure), as amended by

amended, I bear this decision:



(I).



Transferring his powers to the Minister of Justice



1. perform the procedure on applications for grace



2. reject requests for mercy with the exception



applications for people with severe disease or incurable disease

immediately life-threatening, if not the Court found conditions

for the use of the provisions of § 327 paragraph 3(a). 4 of the code of criminal procedure.



II.



To interrupt the President's decision No. 254 of 4 August. August 2003 concerning

revoke the delegation in the procedure for granting mercy.



III.



Processing of applications for clemency lodged before the date 8. March 2013 shall be governed by

the current decision.
