technical and maritime rescue equipment of the yacht and the proof
eligibility to conduct maritime yachts

The Ministry of transport and communications shall establish under section 85, paragraph. 1 of law No.
61/2000 Coll., on maritime navigation, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the implementation of
the provisions of section 13 (3). 3 and § 49 paragraph. 5 of the Act:
§ 1
The subject of the edit

PART THE FIRST
THE AREA ALLOWED MARITIME MARITIME YACHTS AND THE REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND
RESCUE EQUIPMENT, MARINE YACHTS
TITLE I OF THE
DELIMITATION OF THE MARITIME AREAS ALLOWED MARITIME YACHTS
§ 2
Maritime yachts (hereinafter referred to as "yacht") these areas shall be defined
allowed maritime (hereinafter referred to as the "area of operation"):
and the area of operation and includes) the scope of the maritime yacht without limits

nautical miles from the coastline.
TITLE II
THE REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND RESCUE EQUIPMENT OF THE YACHT TO THE SHIPPING
§ 3
Required technical equipment
(1) the required technical equipment of the yacht to the maritime voyages
and signalling equipment)
(b) fire-fighting equipment),
c) navigation equipment,
(d) the radio equipment),
e) on-board equipment.
(2) technical equipment referred to in paragraph 1 must be in proper condition
for use by your determination and in accordance with international treaties,
which the Czech Republic is bound and which has been promulgated in the collection of
laws (hereinafter referred to as "the international treaty by which the Czech Republic is
bound "). ^ 1)
§ 4
Signal equipment
The yacht must be equipped with
and the navigation lights),
(b)) daytime characters
(c)) device for audio signals
d) pyrotechnic devices with the indicated expiry date, for
area I and II in a number of at least 6 pieces of red flares or
torches and 1 piece of Orange smoke signal; for area III
(IV) and in the number of at least 3 pieces of red flares or torches,
e) watertight electrical lamp that is designed for
the alarm Reached the alphabet, and a set of spare replacement bulb
battery in a waterproof container,
f) search the appropriate lamp for use in the maneuvering and
rescue operations,
(g)) radar reflector giving an echo.
§ 5
Fire-fighting equipment
(1) the yacht must be equipped with
and) portable fire extinguisher ready for action, and stored in the
suitable brackets; the weight of his charges must be at least 2 kg and shall not
exceed 6 kg,
(b)) of the volume of fire bucket, 5-10 litres with a length of wire,
that allows the shipping of water from the deck,
(c)) the fire axe.
(2) the yacht without the built-in engine for a total length of more than 12 metres
must be equipped with two portable fire extinguishers conforming to the requirements
referred to in paragraph 1 (b). and).
(3) the yacht with a built-in motor must be equipped with a handheld
fire extinguishers on the weight of the charges set out in annex 1.
(4) the yacht with a total length of more than 12 metres must be equipped with 2
fire buckets who comply with the requirements referred to in paragraph 1 (b). (b)).
§ 6
Navigation equipment
(1) the yacht must be equipped with
and a magnetic compass with illuminated) table displacements of the compass,
located so as to be clearly visible from space, coxswain

c) maritime maps and publications that are related to the area
yachts, in the text of all existing patches.
(2) the yacht, whose technical competence to the sea voyage was approved
for the area of operation I or II, shall be fitted with

Radio equipment
(1) the yacht must be equipped with a cellular phone, enabling connections in
the range of very short waves.
(2) the yacht, whose technical competence to the sea voyage was approved
for the area of operation I or II, shall be equipped with a receiver to receive
information on the safety of maritime navigation and emergency radiobójí, specifying the
position in the global maritime distress and safety systems
(COSPAS-SARSAT, GMDSS).
(3) the yacht, whose competence to shipping has been approved for
the area of operation (III), shall be equipped with a receiver to receive information about
the safety of maritime navigation.
§ 8
On-board equipment
(1) the yacht must be equipped with
and anchor device)
(b)) two propelled with a hook,
(c)) with the two ropes,
(d)) to the hull fixed static rigging, so that it can be quickly
release manually, using a knife or scissors,
e) two fenders on each side of the yacht,
(f)) water pump manual
g) towing rope, whose length is at least 2 of the length of the yacht,

I) safety rope on both sides of the yachts,

(2) on the yacht must be placed in an accessible place a procedure specifying the

§ 9
The required safety equipment
(1) the yacht must be equipped with

the area of operation (III) or (IV) shall be equipped with a boat with extended

use according to its destination and in accordance with international treaties,

PART THE SECOND
LICENCE TO CONDUCT MARITIME YACHTS
TITLE I OF THE
TYPES, PATTERNS, AND THE SCOPE OF THE PERMISSION CERTIFICATE TO THE MANAGEMENT OF MARITIME
YACHTS
§ 10
(1) the types of certificates to conduct maritime yachts in the area
(hereinafter referred to as "the card") are distinguished by the range of permissions:

(b)) with permission (B) includes shipping yachts restrictions with

(c)) with permission (C) includes the shipping of the yacht maximum

TITLE II
CONDITIONS FOR THE ISSUE OF CERTIFICATES
§ 11
(1) the authority issuing the card on the basis of a written application for the issue of a certificate.
Model application for issue of a certificate is given in annex 4.
(2) the request for the issue of a licence shall be accompanied by
and successfully composed certificate) examination,
(b)) the proof of practice on a yacht,
(c) a valid certificate of health) eligibility, which is not older than 3
months,
d) color photography of dimensions 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, which corresponds to the
the actual form of the applicant,
e) proof of payment of an administrative fee, ^ 2)
(f) a copy of a valid identity card,) where the applicant is the holder.
Edition of the licences
§ 12
License with permission (C) shall be issued to a natural person who
and the competence to) demonstrated leadership of the yacht's successful completion of the

§ 14

TITLE III
TEST COMMISSION, TESTS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE APPLICANT
§ 15
The test to demonstrate competence to lead yachts in the area
(hereinafter referred to as "test") before the trial Commission

§ 17

(1) the required theoretical knowledge:

§ 19
(1) the test shall be carried out on the basis of the completed application for natural persons
(hereinafter "the applicant"), filed with the Office. The application model is given in annex
5.
(2) the tenderer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the application receives notification of the
date of the test.
section 20
(1) the test consists in the Czech language.
(2) the Applicant may proceed to verify the theoretical knowledge to the
verification of practical knowledge yacht instructor, if the verification is
practical knowledge required. On the progress of the verification of practical knowledge

TITLE IV

§ 25
Duration and conditions of validity of the licence extension

The demise of the validity of the card

COMMON, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
The validity of previously issued certificates

(1) the holder of a certificate for the area of 2.1 or 2.2 after
period of validity of the Certificate Authority certificate in accordance with section 27 of the

(2) the request for a replacement certificate for the area of 2.1 or 2.2 per

f) valid certificates of fitness, which is not older than 3
months,
(g) a general licence) radiotelefonisty,
h) proof of payment of an administrative fee. ^ 2)
§ 32
(1) the holder of a certificate for the area of navigation 3.0 after the expiry of
period of validity of the Certificate Authority certificate in accordance with section 27 of the
exchanged for a license with permission and, on the basis of a written application containing
personal data and place of residence of the applicant.
(2) the request for a replacement certificate for area navigation 3.0 must be
accompanied by the

(3) the holder of a certificate for the area of navigation 3.0, which

section 33
For assessing the medical fitness of the Commander of the naval yacht pays
special legal provisions mutatis mutandis for health
eligibility of members of the crew of a seagoing merchant ships.
§ 34

The holder of this certificate is entitled to lead the sea yacht maximum
16 ft in length with a restriction to a maximum distance of
20 nautical miles from the coastline, where the force of the wind does not exceed
6 degrees on the Beaufort scale.
The holder of this Certificate has competency to operate a yacht it up
the LOA 16 metres at the sea not exceeding 20 nautical miles
from the coastline providing the wind does not exceed force 6 of
Beaufort scale.
