States on the basis of the agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist
the Republic and the Government of the people's Republic of Bulgaria on the cultural and scientific
cooperation, signed in Prague 10. April 1978, desiring
-assist the further increasing mutual awareness of the successes of the
achieved in the building of socialism, in respect of the political,
socio-economic and cultural development of the two countries,
-to deepen even more friendly relations between the two countries on the basis of
the principles of Marxism-Leninism and socialist internationalism,
-to contribute to an even better dating and further approximation of the Nations
the two countries,
-to actively take part in the all-round cooperation between the countries of
the Socialist community in the promotion of socialist ideology in
the struggle against bourgeois ideology and propaganda,
have decided to conclude this agreement:
Article 1
The Contracting Parties shall, on the basis of reciprocity on all-round support
the activities of cultural and information centres (hereinafter referred to as the Centre).
Article 2
1. The Centre shall be legal persons.
2. the activities of the Centre shall take place in accordance with the legislation of
of the receiving State.

Article 3

Article 4
1. each Party shall ensure appropriate centres needed to
carrying out their activities.
2. where necessary, the transfer of one of the centres of the reasons
the reconstruction of the city of the receiving party undertakes to make available to the other

3. The receiving party shall make available through the service management

Article 5
1. The resources needed to equip the centers and their culturally
promotional activities shall be exempt from import and export duties, taxes, and
fees.
2. the goods intended to be sold under the Protocol to this agreement, shall be exempt
from taxes, duties and customs fees.
3. The Centre shall be exempt from all taxes, duties and charges tax

Article 6
The representatives of the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties will as appropriate

Article 8
This agreement shall enter into force on signature. It is taken out for a period of 10

Protocol
to the agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government
People's Republic of Bulgaria's cultural and information centres in the
CZECHOSLOVAKIA and BLR
Article. (I)
Cultural and information centre (hereinafter referred to as the Centre) shall be carried out for sale
the goods, which has cultural and promotional in nature.
Article II
The Centre carried out the sale of goods the following forms:
-individual sale in the resorts;
-a mail-order sales;
-sales exhibitions outside the Centre;
-in an action outside of the Centre.
Article. (III)
Assortment of goods determine the directors of centres within the nomenclature
contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Protocol.
Article IV
The amount of the contributions of goods intended for sale centres shall be determined in
annual goods and exchange protocols of pay between the CZECHOSLOVAK SOCIALIST REPUBLIC and the BLR in proportion
33:43.
Article. In
Goods intended for sale to the supply centres of their organization
foreign trade of the receiving State.
Delivery of goods between organizations authorized to conduct foreign
business activities in the countries of the Contracting Parties shall be reimbursed in accordance with the conditions
the agreements on the exchange of goods and pay between the CZECHOSLOVAK SOCIALIST REPUBLIC and the BLR. Centres are
invoiced delivery of goods in retail prices in the currency of the recipient

Čl.VI
Net profit from sales activity is non-transferable and shall continue to use
centres in the receiving State to cover operating and other expenses.
Article. (VII)
Centers are in the State Bank of the beneficiary State open
current accounts in the currency of that State.
The Centre shall keep accounts according to the system, in the form and in the language of the
