opening a national nature reserve and the determination of its Big Blue Cheese
closer trade conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll., Act No 312/2008 Coll., and Act No. 349/2009, code:
§ 1
Object of protection
(1) national nature reserve is a big blue cheese (hereinafter referred to as
"national nature reserve").
(2) the object of protection is a vast alluvial peat bogs with natural
forests consisting, in particular, podmáčenými bog smrčinami and
constructed pinewood forests with an abundance of rare and endangered species of animals and
plants, including the Habitat and population of the pine pine (Pinus uncinata).
The object of protection are also natural habitat types and the species for
that was another legal regulation ^ 1) announced a significant European
region Bohemian Forest and situated on the territory of national nature
the reservation.
§ 2
The definition of national nature reserve
National nature reserve is situated on the territory of the South Bohemian region, in
cadastral territory of Volary. The boundaries of the national nature reserve
provides a closed geometrical shape with straight sides, which
vertices are specified the coordinates of a single trigonometric networks
cadastral ^ 2). A list of the coordinates of the vertices of a geometric shape as
they go in a shape behind him, is given in annex 1 to this notice.
Indicative graphical representation of the territory is national nature reserve
set out in annex 2 to this Decree.
§ 3
More protective conditions
Only with the consent of the competent authority for nature protection in the national
nature reserve
