which regulates the administration of agricultural education and supervision for them.



The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this

the Act:



§ 1.



The top management of all agricultural education, and economic

the academies, the middle and lower economic schools, forestry and

hospodyňských, agro-industrial, as well as folk schools

economic, agricultural teaching and supervision belongs to them exclusively

the State, which carries out the administrative supervision which the Ministry of

Agriculture.



§ 2.



For direct supervision to agricultural schools shall be required

inspectors. The Minister of agriculture shall determine the scope of each circuit

the case of salary, in agreement with the Ministry of finance.



§ 3.



All the existing scope of the provincial committees of the Administrative Commission, respectively, in the

matters agricultural education and teaching goes on the date, which specifies the

§ 4.



The Ministry of agriculture may, in agreement with the Ministry of finance

each of the provincial agricultural school sestátniti, in which case the

§ 5.

§ 6.

§ 7.

§ 9.

§ 10.



Any laws and regulations which are contrary to this law shall cease to have effect.



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication. By performing the
