the method and extent of requesting data on fruit orchards

managed in the mode of intensive Orchard



The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to section 4, paragraph 4. 4 of law No 249/1997

Coll., on agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128/2003 Coll. and Act No.

441/2005 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree lays down the method and extent of requiring data on fruit

the orchards managed in mode of intensive fruit growing from

economic entities conducted pursuant to the Act on State statistics

the ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as "grower") the central control and test

the Institute of agriculture (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute").



§ 2



The way and extent of requiring data Institute



(1) the Institute shall be entitled to require from the species of fruit growers

the plants listed in the annex to this notice in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 4

in writing, where appropriate, in a manner allowing remote access with guaranteed

electronic signature ^ 2).

(3) the information about the identity of the breeder acquires the Institute of registration of agricultural

entrepreneurs held pursuant to section 2f of the Act, and to the extent defined in section 2f

paragraph. 3 and 4 of the Act.



(4) the Institute shall be authorized to require that it be presented to the grower
