Ministry of Foreign Affairs declares that on 20 April. June 1994 was in

Prague signed an addendum to the agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government

The Slovak Republic on the abolition of the visa requirement of 29 April. October 1992,

declared under the No 149/1993 Coll. and 210/1996 Coll.



Amendment entered into force on the basis of its article III on the date of signature.



The Czech text of the Appendix shall be designated at the same time.



APPENDIX



to the agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Slovak Republic

Visa waiver of 29 April. October 1992



The Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Slovak Republic have agreed on

the conclusion of the appendix to this agreement.



Article. (I)



Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Slovak Republic on the

Visa waiver of 29 April. October 1992 is supplemented as follows:



Article 3 reads:



"Citizens of the State of one Contracting Party may enter the territory of a State other

the Contracting Parties shall in any suitable place where it is not prohibited

the national legislation of the State of the respective parties. The citizens of the third

States may exceed the State border between the Czech Republic and

The Slovak Republic only at the places existing customs transitions. ".



Article II



Appendix becomes an integral part of this agreement.



Article. (III)



Appendix shall enter into force on the date of signature.



Done at Prague on 20. June 1994 in two copies, each in the language

the Czech and Slovak languages, both texts being equally authentic.
